S’mae ffrindiau!
Dw i wedi bod i ffwrdd gyda’r teulu bach dros yr wythnos diwetha. Cawson ni lot o hwyl a gormod o hufen iâ a sglodion hefyd! Dych chi’n mynd ar wyliau eleni? Mae pethau’n wahanol iawn, wrth gwrs. Dyn ni ddim wedi ymweld â’n teulu yng Nghymru ers mis Chwefror a dyn ni ddim yn sicr pryd bydd pethau’n newid. Ond dyn ni’n edrych ymlaen at weld hen ffrindiau ac ein hoff lefydd cyn hir. Dw i’n methu mynd lawr i’r Barri a siopa yng Nghaerdydd!
I have been away with the family for the last week. We had a lot of fun and too much ice-cream and chips too. Are you going on holiday this year? Things are very different, of course. We haven’t visited family in Wales since Februrary and we’re not sure when things will change. But we’re looking forward to seeing old friends and our favourite places before long. I miss going down the Barry and shopping in the ‘Diff!
I’m sorry I’ve been away from the site for a little while. We’re gearing up for beginning teaching again in September, both with Welsh and in my other job, teaching music. With so many things changing, my brain is working pretty hard right now! (Incidentally, if you’re interested in having music lessons, do check out Heron Music Tuition and get in touch!) Normal service should now be resumed, though, with lots more resources to help you with your Cymraeg.
I’m pleased to share with you the latest bookmark with new, very useful, words for you to get your head around. You can download it here along with previous bookmarks and other resources.
This Saturday, 1st August 2020, we have our Gweithdy Bore Sadwrn for Derby Welsh Learners’ Circle folks, but everyone is welcome to join in. Get in touch via the contact page if you’d like to have a try. It’s free of charge, but I’m always happy to receive a coffi at the end.
Remember to keep in touch via Instagram or Twitter to let everyone know how the dysgu is going or leave a question on the fforwm if you have something you need help with.
Hwyl am y tro!
